Does removing the branding cover emails too, or just the storefront? +

Both, and your embeds as well. With branding switched off, the "Powered by Shoprocket" badge is gone from your hosted shop, from every embed on your own site and from your customer emails, so a shopper never sees our name at any step of the purchase.

Which plan includes white label? +

Removing the badge comes with the Growth plan and above. A custom domain is on every plan. If a store moves down to Starter, the badge comes back, and your setting returns if you upgrade again.

I'm an agency. Can I manage my clients' stores? +

Yes, through the partner programme. Build client stores free, see them all in your partner area, hand each one over when it's ready and stay on its team without using one of the client's staff seats. You earn 30% of every plan fee for as long as each store pays.

Can I resell Shoprocket as my own product? +

No. We don't offer a rebranded dashboard, a dashboard on your own domain or partner price lists: your clients use Shoprocket and pay our published prices. If you're a platform wanting commerce inside your own product, email hello@shoprocket.io and we'll tell you honestly what we can do.
